Instagram Business profiles are discovered through linked Facebook Pages. Connect the Facebook Page that owns or manages the Instagram profile, then refresh the account list.
Postzyo only allows scheduling through accounts refreshed in the latest reconnect window. Reconnect Meta assets when Health warns about stale profiles or invalid tokens.
Expired users are routed to the Subscription page. Complete a monthly or yearly Razorpay payment to reactivate app access.
Insights are snapshot-backed. If a profile has no fresh snapshot, Postzyo queues a background refresh so the dashboard stays responsive instead of waiting on slow Meta API calls.
Transient Meta errors, media readiness delays, and throttling are retried with backoff. Permanent token or permission errors require reconnecting the affected Meta account.
Share your Postzyo account email, selected plan, Razorpay checkout status, and approximate payment time. Do not share card numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs, or passwords.
